Shipping Information

Postage to Australian destinations are charged a flat fee of $3.50 for most items.

Postage to international destinations are charged a flat fee of $5.00 for most items.

In the event of large bulk purchases or of larger, heavier items such as mugs; an addtional shipping fee may be applicable. You will be notified by email if this occurs. The fee for the extra postage shouldn't be much at all. If unsure, please contact salestattooedgumball.com.

Your order will be packed and sent off within 2 business days of your payment being received and cleared.

On request, orders can be sent by EXPRESS or REGISTERED post at your cost.

All items are posted via AUSTRALIA POST.

We are not responsible for any damage during transit. We will carefully package the items in bubble wrap and in the appropriate packaging the item you ordered requires.

Returns Policy

If you recieve something and it is nothing like the photo or is not what you ordered, we must be notified within 7 days of recieving your order. You can only exchange items that were incorrectly sent, not just because you changed your mind.

We can provide you with credit for your next purchase or we can exchange the product you are returning for a brand spanking new item.

Payment Options

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are in Australian dollars.

Payments can be made through PayPal only. You can use your credit card through the PayPal system which automatically handles currency conversions for international orders.

If you have a paypal account you can use the money you have in it, use a credit card or if its linked to your bank account you can do a transfer.

No other payment options are available just yet.
